We at Northwest Rehabilitation provide placement services for student Therapists and Therapists only from the tri state region (MN, ND and SD). The lowest fixed placement fees
Compared to other recruitment company we offer the lowest fixed placement fee that your future employers have to pay.
This factor allows us/you to negotiate a far better starting compensation package for yourself. Many
recruitment companies charge very large placement fees that are based on your salary, so as your salary goes up
so does their fee. (How well will you be able to negotiate a higher starting salary when your future employer
knows that for every dollar you get in salary they will have to tack on more payment to the recruitment company).
